Bianka Mičke

Bianka Mičke represents a unique breed of athletes who seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level scientific research and elite extreme sports. Based in Prague, Czech Republic, she splits her time between the laboratories of Charles University, where she conducts her PhD research in Physiology (focusing on the gut microbiome and metabolome), and the open water or frozen lakes. Bianka’s sporting DNA is deeply rooted in endurance and wind sports. She started as a competitive rower, which built her exceptional core strength, balance, and pure physical grit. When she discovered wing sports, she went completely unstoppable. Today, she is a multiple-time Ice & Snow Sailing (WISSA) World Champion, conquering gold and silver medals on the global stage.Her passion naturally evolved into wingfoiling, motorsport, and high-performance Stand-Up Paddleboarding. Competing in the iSUP Race category, Bianka turns her lightweight frame (53 kg) into an ultimate hydrodynamic advantage. She specializes in ultra-high frequency paddling, rapid pivot turns, and excel in technical flatwater and long-distance endurance challenges.
